Whole Body Services

 Shredder Plan –a 6-week meal and performance plans for contests or photo shoots. This plan’s results are the reason they call Jem the “Shredder”. A high-end metabolic coaching service, with weekly check-ins, dynamic exercise and body care changes, meals/snacks and functional foods guarantee a change catered to each person, their contest or photo goals and support with phone, visit and on-site / online interaction. Upon consultation – limited enrollment

     Defining Plan – meal and supplement plan to affect cosmetic change in performance clients, (not recommended for clients with more than 17% bodyfat), ranging from abdominal definition/reduction of bloat, to hydration/depletion for skin and circulatory appeal (the “ripped pre-contest “) or eccentric-pose routines and body sculpting (posture, lengthening for camera – thinning). Help clients with their entire intake of foods, supplements and chemicals used in preparation. Upon consultation – limited enrollment

 Quick Cut, “Clean and Lean” Plans – these are manually-generated schedules with plans already created and calculated at 1st session (initial and up). Contains recipes, shopping lists, meal plan, skin care and exercise.  

Defining Moments Whole Body 2/2 Plan – this is a patterned meal plan using the three-powder approach to the body’s rhythm to get you clean, lean and defined in a month. This is not for metabolic clients (*19% or less).

     Transitional Meal Plan – 3 week interactive program for help people with common eating and metabolic balancing problems. Strong educational and mechanical program, taking clients from the supermarket planning to shopping lists, recipes and the daily schedule for a targeted energetic benefit. An initial consultation lasting 90 minutes will allow Jem to customize the plan around the client’s specific needs. The program includes interactive support for the 3-week period and a follow-up meeting to determine strategy for long-term. It’s called transitional because the clients can feel assured of returning to it time and again, when the health need calls for it; making it, in essence, the last meal plan the client will need!       Jumpstart Metabolic Plan – A meal plan and quality of life program (schedule, articles and lists/journals) with intake session, interaction online and phone. This is a strict weight-loss plan and requires fitness participation; including outsourced training if needed. This plan is a meal plan and metabolic assessment, bi-weekly meetings and progress charts, nutritional supplement schedule and custom foods for each plan or collective.             

     Medication and Nutrition Synergy Schedule this one-hour service ($100) is a referral from NPM, to create document and chart for medications and nutritional supplements to insure the two categories have synergy in the body. This is an innovative service you cannot receive elsewhere and may be the missing link in quality of life issues.

Concierge Nutrition – This visit will provide BMI/BMR/JEM scores, Body Fat analysis and Nutritional/Medicinal Analysis. This session will last approximately 30 minutes. This is a monthly service as attached to the Transitional Meal plan or Family Plan. Additional services in this plan are a part of the original meal strategy, determined at time of consultation.

Concierge JWN - Clients will receive full performance-based support services from JWN, strategic to the recommendations of the physician, to balance metabolism, enhance quality of life and create energy/strength for each concierge client. This is the Cadillac plan for NPM clients, with an organized, bound meal and fitness plan; including medication/nutritional screening and recommendation (the Daily Dose), progressive balancing meal and fitness program, skin care exercises (Transitional/Performance Hybrid), w/ BMR-strength analysis/recommendations monthly. 

Family Plan the entire family will receive BMR analysis and determination of calories, with foods and recipes blended and daily schedule of intake generated around each family members’ schedule.
